Only 10 days into Dax Moy's muscle in a month programme and there have already been positive gains in muscle size.
My weight is remaining pretty stable but I have definately dropped body fat. I am expecting my weight to go up from now on, I think I have struggled to take in enough calories for the amount of activity I'm doing.
Dax has recommended bounce protein balls as a snack and mine arrived yesterday, they're really tasty and I know the extra source of calories and good protein is going to help.
I'm also waiting for Organic Warrior Milk which is another source of protein that fits in with the elimination diet and eating clean process, I'm not a fan of supplementing nutrients with shakes etc, many are just a bunch of chemicals and a little protein that your body can't process, but I trust Dax's recommendation. I'll post here more details when it arrives.
