Muscle in a Month Challenge

Last week my friend Dax Moy asked a bunch of coaches to try out a programme he’s devised. The programme has been aims to strip body fat and build ‘muscle in a month’. It has come at a really good time; I’m not training for any events at the minute so I agreed to give it 100%.

We’ve all had to sign a confidentiality agreement, so I can’t give any details of the programme itself and we only find out the night before what we will be doing the next day. I will however, post daily updates of measurements and photos.

This programme is going to be intense and use methods that I don’t normally follow, in a strange way I’m really looking forward to it. As a coach it is nice for somebody to tell me how to train for a change.

Here are my starting measurements and pics.

Shoulders (widest part) - 46”
Chest (widest part) - 39”
Arms (biggest part) - Right 13¼” - Left 13”
Waist (navel, not trouser size) - 37½”
Hips (widest part) - 42”
Gluteal Fold - Right 25¼” - Left 25”
Thigh (4” up from patella) - Right 20½” - Left 20”
Calves (biggest part) - Right 16¾” - Left 16”






Weight - 87.2kg
